You will need your order number, or the email address that you entered when you placed your order. These will be detailed on your order confirmation email.

How to track your order

• Enter your order number, or email address in the box, and click the 'Go' button.
• As each stage of your order is reached, the status will be confirmed with a tick and highlighted in black.
• Greyed-out stages have not yet been completed
